Is this sunburn or sun stress?

I was looking at Vera today (I've had her for maybe a month or less), and I saw the part of her that gets the most sun was tinted brown. What is this? The leaves still feel the same as the green ones, so I'm thinking it may be sun stress, but I'm still unsure.

I think it's too much direct sun. I tend to see this in my Aloes. I have most of my succulents at least 1m away from my south facing window!
