Water after repot?

#Hoya My hoya fitchii isn’t due for watering but I repotted it in a terracotta pot with orchid bark. Should I water it right after my repot or continue following Greg’s watering schedule? #HoyaFitchii #Hoya #TheThread
4” pot with drainage

Don't rewater a Hoya after repotting. Since they are semi succulent and hold water in their leaves they will be fine waiting a few days.

This gives their roots a chance to settle in and heal if any were damaged, this can help you avoid rot in them.

My rule for my Hoyas is to wait 3 days or so before watering. They can handle less water MUCH better than too much. 🩷
@strawberry5020 very good question. Once I repot, I go by the feel of the soil. I bottom water and only water once my plants start to dry out. Partly moisture.
We’re had a glitch on Greg’s, which is telling me to rewater the same plants every day. So until the glitch unfolds fixed I’d go with a water meter or stick my finger in the soil to see if it’s in need of water.πŸ’¦ hope that helps . πŸ’•blessings
Always rememeber greg is just used to check the plant, not to actually water it. There are just to many factors involved especially while its learning. But even after its had a chance.
