OMG he’s gorgeous! You can’t turn the pot upside down and gently shake it??

Turn the pot upside down and kind of tap/slake it until the cactus falls out with the soil. Brush the soil off without damaging the roots. I can explain the rest, but it’s kind of hard. You can find a video on how to repot succulents/cacti online.

If turning upside down and shaking doesn't work you may consider breaking the pot with a hammer.
