My plant is dying

I recently got this plant and it's been droppy since I got it figured it was over watered since the soil was soaking wet so I was waited on watering it and I got home rn to find the leaves have become more droppy and snapped and I wanna know how to fix this if it is fixable
Last watered 2 years ago
Alocasia can be regrown with no leaves or roots if the bulb-like thing at the base of the plant (idk what the correct term is for it) where the roots connect to is in tact and not rotting. I would take it out the pot, look at the roots (I expect it’s probably root rot), cut off all the rotted roots and dying leaves and then place the bulb in perlite or moss, or a combination of those two.

Since I’m not the best at explaining youtube videos are a much better visual on what to do for restarting alocasia
For a Bambino Arrow Plant (Sansevieria), ensure it's in well-draining soil, and water sparingly. These plants prefer drier conditions. Allow the soil to dry between watering, and make sure the pot has drainage holes. Trim any severely damaged leaves, and keep it in indirect light. Monitor for improvement in the coming days.
