Aloe Vera can grow in some crazy ways, who else has aloe, and how big?!
I recently repotted aloepecia, she was overflowing with leaves and needed some space. I separated her into 5 different plants, and this is the mother with #NewGrowth coming through. #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PLANTMAFIA #AloeVera
5” pot with drainage
Last watered 1 day ago
@dylan1stokes there aren’t pretty but here you go. The last pic is a survivor and is over 17 years old.
@dylan1stokes I forgot about my variegated aloe.
@KikisOasis wow these are amazing! OMG OVER 17 YEARS OLD! That’s a survivor
@KikisOasis this is stunning, I love the variegated aloe, need one myself
@dylan1stokes thank you.
@dylan1stokes the middle is all new grow . From a 3 inch pot to 6 inch in 2 yrs
@KikisOasis yes I even neglected it forever but it would not die. So I decided to cut back all the old and repot the good parts of it first part of last year. Thank you.
@Sept_girl looks like you’re doing a pretty good job with it!!😊
@dylan1stokes thanks it takes care of self
My aloe tries to grow, but the cats are intent on keeping it trimmed πŸ˜‚ She has survived them for three and a half years, though!
This is mine! A hand-me-down from my mom, who has been growing aloe for probably longer than I’ve been alive haha
@ESylvanus cheeky catsπŸ˜‚
@Curry it’s amazing, and they all look so unique!
here are Rex and Regina. they're monsters πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
@RJG omg!!! They are huge!!! I’ve never seen aloe that big before
@dylan1stokes i have had them for 5 years πŸ˜‚πŸ₯°
@RJG I’m inspired🀩
@ESylvanus my cat seems to ONLY wanna chew on my aloe plant as well… hmm I wonder what the science behind it is. πŸ€”
Growing it from the seed and it has grown so fast I’m literally in love πŸ˜†
I love aloe plants. Long ones my favorite with their unique bends but I own a cute stubby one too
Interesting
I have an aloe vera. She has given me so many pups (well over 20 in the 1.5 years I've had her) and I have gifted them to others πŸ₯°
She has also saved my skin from being horrific looking by soothing it when I've had oil burns

I’ve had my aloe for years. I have tons of succulents that do great, by though it’s staging alive, it is bit thriving as well as my others. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. It’s in the shade, well drained in terracotta. Not over watered.
5 plants! Woah! Mine is single as a Pringle. Never had any offshoots. I bought him in the grocery store about 4 yrs ago. After I repotted him, he went wild! πŸ™
@foliagegirl I done the same thing, when I repotted mine I gave them to family and friends
@calvina maybe move it out of the shade a bit, aloe like the sunlight :))
@Hypsie it’s beautiful!!!
I can’t wait to snag an aloe plant for my balcony when I move next month! Yours is amazing!
@dylan1stokes I’ll give that another try. But the last time I did it, they didn’t like it.
@BJoyce yes an aloe on the balcony will look so good, and thank you 😊
@calvina omg really? I’m surprised
I only have two small ones that are props from @AnnaLovesVoting, but my mom has some GIANT ones. πŸ˜…
This is Lilith. She was my first and she takes seat of honor in our collection ❀️😁
@Kelly4444 wow this is big!!
Yeah this her when I first got her a little after the pandemic started.
