It looks kinda cool, are those flowers on the top? I've found succulents to be pretty hardy plants. Cut off the stretched out part with a pair of sterilized cutters or kitchen knife (use rubbing alcohol to sterilize the cutters/knife) or even shorter if you like. Then find a spot with more light or get a grow light (they don't have to be expensive). If you have the room for more plants, try propagating the leaves that you've cut off or give them away on your local Buy Nothing group. Cheers! Best of luck with your succulent 😍
The best thought is to cut off that thin stem, and to give your plant plenty of Sunshine. It'll grow thick again.
