Hello dear Kara!
That leaf is in the process of dying...no worries.
My Silver Dragon arrived with 6 leaves and they all ended up looking like your's but much more disgusting. I chopped them all off at the base and put my Silver in a corner where he wouldn't be disturbed. He was under a grow light.
Low and behold, within 3 months, about 4 corms pushed their way to the topsoil and soon there were tiny leaves which grew to be gorgeous and huge!
Our Silver Dragon now has about 13 all-healthy leaves.
They need humidity and should not be watered with tap water.
I would also recommend that you repot him in a pot that has good drainage and give him better light and, they absolutely do not like their leaves to be touched.
As with all plants, misting is not recommended as this causes bacterial infections because of the ever-moist topsoil. A good humidifier would be appreciated by all of your plants, depending upon your climate and your indoor environment.

In case you don't know, if you're cutting off stems and/ or leaves off of any plant, make sure to use sterile scissors and wash your hands before and after.
You most likely see the ugly leaf on Prince. I just cut it off! 😄
