Anyone able to identify?

Tag at lowes called it a “dragon fruit cactus” but I’m stumped on what it actually is, any help is appreciated!

Looks like it could be one called a puppy dog tail or selenicerus spinulosus, but I'm not sure
@SunflowerDaisy I think that’s what it is looking at the other photos people have uploaded of them. Thank you so much!!
Look up images of Hylocereus undatus, aka Dragon Fruit. I have one too and it looks exactly like yours. Caring for any cactus is pretty simple. Bright, direct sun from a South or West-facing window. Allow the soil to dry completely before thoroughly watering. Water directly into the soil only, avoiding the cactus, they don't like to get wet, when the sun hits the cactus it'll create a sun burn if there's water sitting on it. Also be sure to have a drainage hole in your pot! Happy planting! 👍💚🌵
Yeah I think it does look like a dragon fruit. I’ve got a lovely cactus farm not too far from me and it looks just like the young ones there. I nearly bought one on my last visit.
@RedRuby thank you so much for the help!!
