Why is my plant getting these brown squishy spots?

It’s probably getting too much water or the pot you are using (it looks like those cardboard ones) also isn’t drying out quick enough which is keeping it moist for too long. I would suggest switching to a different pot teracotta works well. Also Haworthias prefer lower light then most succulents , not sure if it’s getting a lot of light, or under a grow light, but that can cause haworthia to turn brown or darker in color, kinda like sun burn.
