Oh, no! Have you tried fully soaking the pot and soil in some distilled or rain water? Carnivorous plants typically like staying moist all the time.
Carnivorous plants like boggy environments, so keeping them in a shallow saucer of distilled or rain water can help keep them moist without completely waterlogging them. If itβs too dry in the air (not a lot of moisture) it can cause them to dry fairly easily as well.

Hi!! Sarracenia are bog plants and require wet soil 24/7. I would check the rhizome to see if it's okay. If the rhizome is mushy, crispy, or brown or black, it's likely dead. If the rhizome is white and solid, then there's a pretty good chance of it bouncing back! It will definitely take a while to recover. It'll probably take the remainder of this growing season to recover. After the winter dormancy period, once it wakes up it should be all good.
Make sure that you're using distilled or rainwater only, and that you don't ever let the soil dry out. Also make sure that it's getting 6-8 hours of bright direct sunlight or 14ish hrs of light from a 40watt growlight.
I bottom water all of my sarracenia by filling a saucer that the pot is set in. I always keep these saucers filled with water. If you have difficulties keeping it watered, you can always upgrade it to a larger pot so it takes longer to dry out completely. :)
