Could be a small pest issue. You should quarantine the plant away from your other house plants for a little while to make sure. Neem oil is a good, not harmful way to keep insects away.
It looks sirios id say needs more protein
Beautiful syngonium! I have a tiny tiny variegated one. I’m up to 3 leaves so I’m thrilled. I see your brown spots. My guess is that it’s 1 of two things: 1 possible spider mites. Whenever I bring a new plant home I always spray it gently with cool water from my sink sprayer to wash off any possible pests from the nursery. I let it dry and then spray with a 50/50 mix rubbing alcohol and a very diluted soapy water. I just use a small squirt of natural dish soap for the water. The alcohol will kill any lingering pests. I keep my new plants alone in quarantine for 1-2 weeks. And I follow up after a couple days with a neem oil spray. And then agin after a couple days with the alcohol soapy water spray. Making sure that any pests or their eggs hatching are wiped out. (Sorry for the long explanation) 😺 and #2 Leaves with a lot of white tend to have a shorted life span because of their inadequate photosynthesis abilities and the often get brown and fall off. But that doesn’t really look to be the case with your leaf. I vote for possible pest issue , maybe in the past at the nursery, but just to be safe spray that baby down! πŸ₯³πŸͺ΄πŸŒ»
