Cut babies?

So I was reading about my Aeonium Kiwi that I just adore. It’s so cute. It’s put off 2 babies higher up and not at the base like I assumed. Do I cut these and re plant them? While reading I learned that when Kiwi flowers it will die completely! Do I cut the 2 babies and get them started by themselves or do I leave them on mom as long as possible? #Aeonium #KiwiAeonium #SucculentSquad #SucculentLove #Succulents #PlantsMakePeopleHappy

@KDkat3 I’m not sure, but I hope to learn as well! I was just looking at this plant on-line last night and really want one!! So pretty!
I haven’t done any research or reading on it yet. I didn’t know they flower and then die! So, in that respect, they’re like bromeliads. Interesting!

Hi, I have one and it’s hard to keep them like the another succulents I have, because they grow too much and always looks like a little arrangement. Now I am worried about the flowers also 😫
