Kobe, my Snake Plant is not thriving as well as I think h...

They are slow grower- from the photo the bottom leaves look soft? I would let the soil completely dry before watering! Snake plants don’t mind drought conditions.
They aren’t the fastest growers and the lower the light the slower. Mine only grew two leaves in a year in my previous place which was very low light but now they are outside and over the summer have each grown at least 5 full leaves. So a couple of things to keep in mind: 1.) are they on a consistent watering schedule? 2.) are they getting enough light? Snake plants will survive low light but I’ve learned that if you want to see significant growth you’ll want to slowly adjust them to brighter light (wouldn’t do direct light though. I think they scorch easy). This and establish a water schedule boosted my growth and helped my leaves grow thicker and straighter. I have some leaves with bases as thin as a pencils that I’m 90% positive is due to lack of light. Hope this helps!
Snake plants take FOREVER to grow. They are literally the slowest. As long as it’s putting out new leaves it is healthy
