Snake plant soil?

So I got this snake plant not too long ago and havenโ€™t had time to address the fact that sheโ€™s already busting outta her britches! When I repot her, what kind of soil should I use? Iโ€™ve seen some places online say succulent (I tend to mix my own), others say regular houseplantโ€ฆ should I mix the 2? Ideas? #SnakePlant
I use succulent and perlite but a fellow Gregger said his snakes love the soil that dollar store sells! Iโ€™m planning on trying it too.
Since you basically treat these guys like a succulent in terms of how often you water them (sparingly) a succulent soil works.
If you do "regular" houseplant soil you may find the soil holding the water too long and damaging the roots.
I like regular soil with bark, pumice, charcoal. I prefer pumice over perlite in these large pots because it stays better distributed.
I use 2 parts potting soil, 1 part perlite, one part coir, and dump a bunch of custom Bosai soil I made at bonsai jacks with fine pine chips, monto clay, and small lava stone because I'm a crazy person. The faster the draining the better. Look at my plants, I'm all about the snakies....
