Hi Lily! I suggest going from a 3 inch pot to a 4 or 5 inch pot. Be sure it has drainage hole/s. Be sure the soil you use is a cactus/succulent soil and mix in Perlite- for good drainage. I do 50% soil and add 50% Perlite. Aloe like to be a bit crowded. Once you repot- don’t water for a week- that gives the roots time to heal and the plant to adjust to its new home. Aloe need 6 hours of bright indirect light a day. I hope this helps 🪴💕
@Succulent_Soul I also think that you should not water it any more because it looks severely overwatered. Aloe Vera plants are very sensitive to large amounts of water.
