Is there a way to make it not grow like this?

It's very possible it's just how it grows and I should let it be, but I'm just not a fan of how it looks.

Please excuse the butter container, my cat pushed it off the shelf last night to get into the window and the pot it was on shattered

Sometimes I have to keep turning mine, because it leans towards the light.
Mine also leans towards the light so I keep turning mine
she looks like she needs to be staked! and then turn her towards the sun so her back is facing the room, makes it so the plant faces one way!
Monstera need a moss pole for support. I bet that would make a huge difference
if you’re asking if it’s supposed to lean over and act like it’s going to fall, then yes, that’s normal. to fix it, you can grab a pole or cedar plank, embed it into the soil, and then tie the stem (NOT the petioles) to the pole/cedar plank. make sure you’re gently tying the stem to the support beam of your choice, and using velcro straps or something else. if you tie it too tight you will risk the wire or velcro cutting through the stem of your beautiful monstera.
