Cut all that damage wayyyyy back. And treat with an insecticide. A real one. Treat regularly according to your product until you don’t see them and then treat intermittently to keep them away. Don’t let your plant waste precious energy on that damaged parts. It’ll make new growth instead of doing triage on that damage.
