Hereβs how you do it:
1. Wait until spring or early summer, when the plant is actively growing.
2. Gently remove the plant from its pot and shake away the soil.
3. Look for small, round corms attached to the roots or just beneath the soil.
4. Carefully separate the corms from the parent plant. Make sure each corm is firm and healthy.
5. Place the corms in moist sphagnum moss, perlite, or a chunky soil mix. Keep them warm (70β85Β°F/21β29Β°C) and humid.
6. Keep the growing medium lightly moistβnot soggy. In a few weeks to a couple of months, the corms should sprout roots and leaves.
7. Once each new plant has a few leaves and a healthy root system, transplant it into a well-draining aroid potting mix.
