No drainage may be the issue. The tips of the leaves may do this when the roots are sitting in water. Perhaps check the roots. You will see if water is pooling at the bottom of the pot and you can look πŸ‘€ for any brown mushy roots.
I could be wrong, but it looks like you just haven't completed your plant card info yet, and that it might actually be in a pot with drainage holes...? These plants like higher than average humidity and indirect sunlight, so if it's been getting hit with sun from that window move it back a few feet. But this doesn't look like sunburn to me, looks more like low humidity and/or inconsistent watering. If your space's humidity level is less than 50%, I'd recommend setting up a humidifier next to the plant. Aim for at least 75-80% humidity.
Thank you
@MoneyedBibi36 This is one of my favorite plants! Yours is labeled as a zebra plant, but double check that because the actual name is a xanthosoma and the app’s zebra plant ID is a totally different plant. Mine is in a self watering pot and it is very thirsty. The edges tend to crisp up when I let it dry too much, I think it prefers water in the reservoir at all times. I have it near a west facing window and it does get some (not full) direct rays, if it’s watered adequately I don’t notice it burning.
