Yellowing leaves

Hello! I’ve had what I think is a taco leaf #Peperomia for about a year. I repotted, not transplanted, about a month ago and while there is constantly new growth appearing, the older leaves are yellowing. I water about once a week when the soil is dry about two inches in, the root ball is tight but I’ve aerated the top, applied a 1/4 strength 10/15/10 fertilizer and he sits in a pot that has direct filtered sun about 3-5 hours a day. He’s also under a grow light we leave on about 10 hours a day since the sun will be very filtered when our outdoor trees fill in. I’m newer to plants and find yellowing leaves never mean the same thing! Anyone with experience on this plant species with any advice? I tend to be overbearing when my plants are not healthyhy looking😂
2ft to light, indirect
4” pot with drainage

I honeslty dont know, but my best guess is to put a humidifier nearby or place the plant in a gallon clear ziplock and decrease the light a tiny bit that way whatever is going on the plant will have a protective barrier of moisture to help stop whatever is happening
@Amateurbotany Hi there! I have 3 peperomia plants, though not this variety. Mine do not like direct sunlight at all. I had one in a SE window that did get some yellow leaves and since I moved it, it’s not getting any new yellow leaves, so perhaps it’s the direct sunlight?
@BeLeafIYourself @SunnyPlants Thank you for the suggestions! I’m going to try to move out of direct sunlight and provide a little higher humidity
