Your plant is a Gasteria Flow, by the way. They like bright shaded light and I would suggest you change your medium! Looks like it holds too much moisture. Gasterias like somewhat of a gritty mix, so I would suggest getting succulent/cactus mix with perlite for drainage! The white could be inconsistent watering.
@FirstCanna ah gotcha! I have a gasteria that has white variegation/speckles so I wasn’t sure! Best of luck :)
