@WalkingJasmine great mix! i agree she might be over watered. when’s the last time you checked her roots?
If I were you I’d take it out of the pot and check the roots. Clean them, if any are gone cut them off and repot in another pot with new soil. Check the care these plants require with the watering. It’s easy to over water. You can just push a finger into the soil upto the first knuckle to feel how moist or not the soil is and go from there. Hope this helps
