She’s been badly burnt! Will she spring back?

This is my first time dealing with sunburn. She’s been on the windowsill (above a radiator) all winter and has actually grown super well, but the other day (one or two days ago) it was a lil sunnier than usual, but not so much to the point where I thought it would be an issue.

Well. It was an issue.

I got home and did the usual daily check over, and this poor darling had been really badly burnt. The small stem at the base of the plant was stood up by itself at the start of the day. Naturally, I soaked her in water (bottom watered) for about 20mins with a dash of fertiliser for good luck.

I’m honestly surprised how quickly and badly she burnt - I was never going to keep her on the windowsill for summer since I knew this would happen, but I didn’t expect her to burn at the end of February!

Thoughts? Do you think she’ll bounce back? How long do you think it’ll take?

(P.S: please do excuse the white dots on some of the leaves. It’s not mealy bugs, just water marks! I will clean them off don’t worry)

I think she’ll bounce back. Just will need some time. I’d clip whatever doesn’t bounce back in a few days
