My alocasia get droopy like that when they are too dry or too cold.
You should add drainage holes to start with. That will help prevent overwatering, which may be the cause of this. I personally just use plastic nursery pots with lots of drainage holes and place those inside decorative, pretty pots. Also, pot them in a chunkier soil if you think yours is holding too much water.
Also, only water when the top inch or two of the soil is dried out.

We used a bottom watering 5inch pot. It does have a draining hole with a wick rope. Maybe we should plant it in a different pot. The soil is still pretty damp and we watered it a couple of weeks ago from the bottom. Thank you guys!
