Hello people, I'm growing a few Strawberry plants (Fragaria x ananassa), specifically Festival and Snow White cultivars. I have never faced this problem before (a year), so I want to know what happened?

Looks like scaleybugs. I haven't personally seen it, but you can look up a picture if you want further confirmation. I would remove the bugs gently and treat with diluted soap water.
