I actually recommend water prop with Peperomia. Whenever I use dirt or anything else they tend to rot.
I would cut off the big stem and put the segments in water.
You want to cut above a node. Then when you place the pieces in water make sure a node is covered. I always trim mine right below the node. Because if there is extra stem they tend to get mushy.
The node is any are that a leaf growing from so I marked up 4 potential spots since you have a long stem.
Trim off any leaf that will sit below the water and try to leave 2 leaves per prop.
If you have any questions don't hesitate to reach out.

You could always stake him upright, but I would look up on google if they prefer to hang, climb or be stakedβ¦ cutting healthy plants will always help them grow back more full when they start to become leggyβ¦ I always find that a dramatic cut to a eh looking plant makes it grow back more fullβ¦ welcome to Greg!!ππͺ΄
Here are some prop points. If you can in the future provide more light so she doesn't get leggy again. You can always plant the propped bits back in the pot after roots are 1-2 inches long. That will give you a nice full pot. I'm always cutting back my Peperomia plants they respond really well to pruning and prop so easily that I have them literally all over my house! π©·
Also, each stem you cut will branch out 2 ways so 1 stem turns into 2, 2 to 4 etc.
