So. My 3yo introduced themself to
The toe brothers, Leathery, Toe and Curly. As you can see, the interaction turned violent ππͺ the reach needs to stop expanding so fast, I'm running out of places that aren't 'within'. So what do, should I just leave it alone to heal as best it can or snip the leaf?
(Don't get me wrong I'm glad my kid loves plants I just need to foster some understanding of "they don't like hugs ") #succulentsquad #succulentlove #babytoes #poorbaby

I don't think there's anything you can do @CactusAdjacent. If you snip it, it'll be a cleaner line but also that much shorter. If it was in the "wild" it would have to just heal, ya know. I hope it callouses fast for ya, sorry that happened. Kids will be kids, ya live ya learn.
Oh goodness, what a sweet child π agreed with @FairyFly, I think just let nature take its course & let it heal over.. I recommend dabbing some cinnamon powder on the flesh wounds though, good preventative for fungal problems βΊοΈ sorry that happened!
