So. My 3yo introduced themself to

The toe brothers, Leathery, Toe and Curly. As you can see, the interaction turned violent 😭πŸ˜ͺ the reach needs to stop expanding so fast, I'm running out of places that aren't 'within'. So what do, should I just leave it alone to heal as best it can or snip the leaf?
(Don't get me wrong I'm glad my kid loves plants I just need to foster some understanding of "they don't like hugs ") #succulentsquad #succulentlove #babytoes #poorbaby

I don't think there's anything you can do @CactusAdjacent. If you snip it, it'll be a cleaner line but also that much shorter. If it was in the "wild" it would have to just heal, ya know. I hope it callouses fast for ya, sorry that happened. Kids will be kids, ya live ya learn.
Oh goodness, what a sweet child 😭 agreed with @FairyFly, I think just let nature take its course & let it heal over.. I recommend dabbing some cinnamon powder on the flesh wounds though, good preventative for fungal problems ☺️ sorry that happened!
