Will this lift back up?

@PristineRedlog Yes it will lift back up but only if you give it what it's looking for. I'm not sure what its current care is so I'll let you know what it needs and you can adjust as necessary. ๐Ÿ˜ If it is in a pot without drainage like its info tag says make sure you replant it into a pot with drainage holes then put it in a sunny spot. It likes A LOT of sunshine. The goal is to mimic its natural habitat. In nature it goes a long time without rain so make sure you're letting its soil dry out in between waterings. The palm's trunk is a Caudex that stores water. Over watering can lead to the Caudex becoming soft and eventually rotting. You should see a change rather quickly once you introduce brighter light.
You can also take off the yellow leaves- that way the plant can use its energy on new growth. I also had to switch to distilled water because I have nasty tap and the chlorine and salt and such was really hurting mine. I have 5.
