Have these white bugs on the bottom of some of the leaves...
Those are mealybugs. Watch for powdery spots, dew or black mold on your plants . Treat with isopropyl 70%I prefer spot treatments. Mealies protect themselves from treatments with that powdery layer, but alcohol burns through it. The young ones are tiny and hide really well, as do the mature ones. Look for them and treat leaf joints wherever you suspect them. Isolate the plant, wipe down every nook and cranny of the surrounding area as well. They travel over surfaces as well. And then stay with it. Check every few days especially for the tiny ones, maybe even every other days. For weeks. After the last sighting keep checking for some weeks now, they have long life cycles and even 1 leftover big can lay hundreds of eggs.
It sounds a lot, but unless you have a huge infection and very hard to check plants it's doable once you have the routine down. Otherwise there are systemically, but I'm the wrong person to ask for that. Try adding #pestcontrol to your post via edit button so other people can see it and help (posts without hashtags get lost over time on Greg). Good luck

@NewNatalplum43 true genius’s have been here @MusicalRedmint & @TheConservator !! Have you tried a submerge bath? You can try dipping the whole plant + soil upside down in a mixture of neem oil + the insecticidal soap & castille (or dawn in a pinch). I let dry then attack with the alcohol. Then you attack with spray (I have 3 in rotation: 1 Pesticide & Miticide -treats mealy bugs, 1 home made pest spray (I will add the image below from __) & a 3-1 organic spray. ) My wonderful husband just brought me home the most beautiful Calathea, but it was infested with mealy bugs & spider mites 🤭😳. She’s back & better. I’ll be continuing treatment 2x /wk for the next 3 weeks. Then 1x per week & 1 per month. Best of luck! I hope we kick those guys to the curb where they belong. They are eating our babies 🥹✨🌱
@Prentyce i havent done that. Tbhbive never had a bad enough mealy infestation to need that kind of protocol. Knock on wood !😂 i usyally just get em with rubbing alcohol and a qtip and treat the top soil with neem or 3in1 .
@Prentyce definately gitta continue treatment I think thats where alot fall short ! They see the bugs are gone so they stop treatment . Bug they havent broken yhe life cycle
