I got mine at my local hardware store called Friedman’s. Home Depot, Lowes, and even Walmart will have them (normally).

@Lemons if you’re in SF, you’ll have to visit Utsuwa. One of my fave plant places. But for spider plants, most places would have it and for a very reasonable price (any nursery, home improvement big box store…). One of my fave places to buy and look for plants is Trader Joe’s, but you never know what they have.

I want to add that 2 weeks ago I was at Costco and they were selling 6 inch potted house plants in a pack of 3 for $21. Spider plants were amongst the selections. See if they still have it there.

@Lemons try Etsy. I have bought a lot of my plants from Etsy. Some of the one I recently searched were fairly small. I just bought my from my local nursery for $25 and she’s a hanging basket type that I just potted yesterday.   Click on this link 3 area list but also click on more places and call around.

If you’re in the Bay Area, you can often find them on streets. Just snag a start, it won’t hurt the plant! That’s how I got mine and it is growing well with little effort — just stuck it in water until it got roots, then planted in soil

I suggest Josh's frogs. That's where I got mine and it's been doing great! I've gotten a lot of plants from them and they put a lot of care into their husbandry. They only ship when the weather is best for the plant and add heat packs if needed. For me they came in about a day but I live only a few hours from their facility so It may take some time.

Amazon. Costa farms has good plants for decent prices. Got a 6 pack of plants for right around $40 came spider plant, snake, golden pothos, baby rubber plant, Boston fern, and cornstalk something lol. Just don’t order if weather in your area is freezing.
