Is this normal?

There's a brown speckled pattern on this succulent that used to just be on the older leaves, but is now spreading to the new growth. The leaves are plump and not mushy and it continues to grow, is this maybe just a type I don't know? It was a freebie in a pack I got in September. #succulentlove #succulentsquad #isthisnormal #brownspots #sedeveria #plantid

It may be sunburnt? I am unsure, this has never happened to my succulents before πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ
Looks like it’s rotten
Yo much humidity
Something is definitely affecting it. It may be overwatering, and as a result the plant got an edema, OR this is just a sunburn.
Update! Turns out it was neem oil induced sunburn. I've been dealing with a pest outbreak in some of the plants nearby and they caught some of the blowback.
