Hi Calvin! Is that along the top? I looked at its profile photo and it looks like it’s on the top. It looks like you’re going to start getting pears. I don’t have a violet and am new to Prickly Pear- but mine has popped out 2 new pads and when they start- they are little round numbs with lots of little prickers. Mine is just a baby, but it just started its 3rd baby- this is what mine looks like…. From what I’ve seen with the Violets- they pop fruit along the edges-
