Help with my #Sundew

Hey all of my #evilgenius lovers of #CarnivorousPlants … I need help. I got this little sundew about three months ago, I’ve had really great luck with Venus fly traps, and it seems like the care was the same. So I made them a little bog habitat in an open terrarium with distilled water. He was blooming like crazy so in an effort to stop the energy going to the flowers, I cut the blooms stems off. But now it is slowly, looking like it is rotting, and I still don’t see any of the reddish drops of dew. Can you tell me what you think I should do differently? οΏΌunder a grow light, only distilled water. Have not reported (got him from #etsy #TheGreenEscape which is a shop I adore).

Thanks for the tag @sarahsalith!

I don't have any fly traps but I do have pings and I treat my sundews and pings the same.

Personally I keep them moist but not wet. They sit in trays that I fill probably everything 3-ish days. So usually they have one day or two without any water in the tray before I fill again.

I cut more of the flowers off my sundew for the same reason but it's putting out more so 🀷🏽

Mine started to have dew regularly once I started watering it enough, but it's been so humid here I'm definitely watering less frequently than I did last summer.

Maybe take it out of the dome, or let it dry a little between waterings?

Here is mine for reference.
@PlantMompy - can you help?
Got it! I’ll play with it. Thanks!
