It could be too much fertilizer. The excess salt in the soil from too much fertilizer β€œburns” the leaves causing them to turn yellow. It also can be too much sun. Caladiums grow best in shade to part shade (two to four hours of direct sun, preferably morning) or bright dappled light. In these conditions, they produce the lushest growth with large, colorful leaves.

Chuck him in a container, top water until water comes out the bottom and then fill the container about halfway up the pot. Leave him overnight (about 12 hours) then remove and allow to dry out for probably a week really depending on pot size and soil density. When he’s due/normal dry water as normal. The standing in water dissolves or leaches built up minerals and salts but since they don’t like to be too damp constantly you cant really leave him for more than about 16 hours in the water soak
