is it bad to get water on the leaves?

i accidentally left my fig outside while it rained for around. minute (thank goodness it was light rain,) but now my figs are squishy, and the main fig looks damaged. is there anything i can do for her?

Just make sure you have it in full sun and a nice well draining soil! If you live somewhere that temps don't go below freezing, then I'd recommend planting right in the ground! Make sure its atleast 6ft from your house and any other trees. These guys have ROOTS! LOL
Also, is the soil really wet?? Maybe stick some tampons into the soil for a bit and let them absorb some of the access water, or just change to a better draining soil all together. The rain shouldn't ruin your fruits on its own.
@karmynsprops have since found out it's fig rust, and it's in really well draining soil and in a big enough pot. thank you so much anyways!!
