That aloe definitely needs to be repotted! If she’s root bound then that’s also a sign she needs a new pot. To repot her its fairy simple since aloe Vera is so hardy. Just take her out of the pot you have her in right now, break up the root clump a little bit, put fresh soil about 30% of the way in her new pot which should be at least 10% larger than the current pot she is in, and then plop her into the new pot and cover her the rest of the way with fresh soil! Wait a few days to water again and then you’re okay to continue with her normal routine as long as it seems the process went smoothly!
