I repotted my grapes last week and I am seeing yellowing ...

Is the rest of the vines healthy? If so the yellowing might be older leaves dying as per the leaf cycle

This is what it looks like at the moment. The vines look okay to me but I am new to growing grapes in general so I am not sure.

Did they yellow the day after repotting? Leaves are often yellow as a result of repotting. It's completely normal. Plants aren't used to getting repotted in the wild, so they'll be slightly unhappy from it temporarily, but they often bounce back in a few days.
