How do the roots look? Alocasias are also heavy feeders, when was the last time it was fertilized?

The roots look good - I fertilized it maybe a month ago. The app says to fertilize again in a few weeks.

Maybe not the right wavelength of light for the grow light. It has three light settings. One cool and two warmer settings, one virtually yellow.
