I'm I about to lose it? What's that substance behind the ...

It has little round drops of sap, sticky, that look like water drops. Only the big mature leaves have it.
He has grown so much and it will be devastating if anything is wrong with him. Need all the help I can get.

If you don’t see any pests, those drops are most likely just sap. It’s a natural way the plant shows it’s well-watered and happy with the humidity. If you’re worried about stickiness or pests, you can gently wipe the drops away with a soft, damp cloth.
Oh my goodness, I literally just learned about about β€œnectaries” when I posted quite recently about some spots on my pothos. @TheConservator told me that plants can produce this sap to attract beneficial insects for pollination. Tagging them to be sure!
