Hi there! Welcome to Greg! π΅πͺ΄π
I am not familiar with this succulent. Is it a type of Echeveria? I noticed that in the plant card the plant is 7 feet to light. Maybe it needs more light?

Those 2 leaves that have fallen just place on a shallow tray of soil and donβt water until you start to see little roots. From that point spray every couple days with some distilled or rain water. After a few weeks to a month youβll start seeing baby plants forming. Donβt transplant to a new pot until the mother leaf dies off. By then the baby plants will have a pretty sturdy root system. Then water like normal every couple weeks
