Plant is not happy, can someone explain why?

Iโ€™ve moved her in different spots of the house and she just is not happy. She has enough drainage and enough light (about 8ish hours of grow light). I am super worried about her. Thank you!

I think she might be getting too much light. You said she spends 8 hours under a grow light, but from what I know about plants that look like this (without even knowing their species) is that they usually like 3 hours or less of direct light and in fact many of them prefer indirect light or shade
what doesn't make sense to me though is the yellowing leaf and the white spot around the brown part on the big leaf. Usually too much light presents with brown and crinkly leaves. I hope we can get a 2nd opinion
How often are you watering her? All of my alocasias that I had potted up in an aroid mix with watering every week or so started declining exactly how yours is now. I moved all of mine to a semi-hydro setup and they are all on the mend.
Humidity could also be an issue, if you have any indicator of how high that is.
@SesameSeeds777 I will definitely try that thank you!
