Hello! Welcome to the #GregGang I am not totally sure, but it could be from Thrips?! You can place your plant in the shower and gently spray it off, both sides of the leaves. Spray it with neem oil allow it to work for about a 1/2 hour and dry off. Then you can seperate it from your other plants for about a week.. Then do it again to make sure.. Hope this helps!
