Ah yes the drama of jasmines. Keep moving it around until you find a good location for it. Clear out the dry leaves and go through the basics: check soil, lighting, misting and watering. If you're doing everything right then it's dying because it wants to traumatize you. Capes can tolerate outside and they don't like temperatures under 40. They respond since it's in a pot to grow lights
