I got this mini monstera as a rescue in bad condition and i've been giving her good care but she is not getting much better any tips or helpful

Uh, the only photo you have there is the plant card with a wee little baby plant that is blurry. Can add a photo to your post that gives people a better idea of how it’s doing?
Based on the tiny little thing in your plant card though, I would say give it a little fertilizer like osmocote if it hasn’t been fertilized recently, make sure it isn’t getting overwatered, and be patient. That plant has very little photosynthesizing tissue and you’ve already said it was not in great shape, so it might take like a month for it to produce another leaf. As it grows more leaves (photosynthesizing tissues) it will have more energy to grow larger faster.
