Bacteria? Edit: Fungus?

I've never seen anything like this on a plant before. It wasn't there when I got the plant, then it grew into a brown spot, now it's dry with black in it.

I'm guessing bacteria? Any ideas before I try to help the plant?

There are multiple plants in the pot. This is a different one. ðŸ˜Đ

I think I'm going to repot in separate pots, chop off leaves, etc ðŸ˜Đ

My Sansi had the same thing. It kept spreading until I cut the leaf off.
