What's wrong with my ficus?

Hi guys!
My ficus is sticky and I noticed brown spots on it. What is wrong with him? #pestcontrol

Might this be from growing lights? Maybe they are too strong?

If the growing lights are to strong move to natural lighting. I am not familiar with this plant but I have some plants that if they have to strong of lighting they will get FRIED so check how much light it needs and change it if it needs lower but if you are at the correct light level check your water schedule and how much. It looks like fungus spots. Is it on one leaf only, or also on other leaves?

Yes, cut this leaf off before this fungus spreads further to other leaves. Throw the leaf in the rubbish bin. Wash your hands, and spray the plant's wound with cinnamon.

I highly doubt the light is too bright. My rubber plant loves the grow light he’s directly under.

If you are dealing with a fungus, aftervyou discard that leaf you will need to isolate the plant for at least 2 weeks while treating it with a fungicide either homemade or store bought to be safe.
