Don't know what's wrong with my polka dot plant?

I've had my polka dot plant for a few months now and I'm noticing that some of the leaves are getting crispy ends on them. Also the plant is a lot less pink since I got it. Is this normal? What do I do about the crispy leaves?

@doobles I'm wondering if all of your issues have to do with watering. How often do you water? And maybe it needs more sunlight?
I water them as this app instructs. And all of my other plants seem to be thriving, just this one is giving me some trouble
@doobles Is it getting too much sun ?This can definitely cause this along with the fading . Another cause could be low humidity they need a lot of that . Many keep them in terrariums for this reason . It looks healthy except for the reason you mentioned so you’re doing a good job . Another place they thrive is in the bathroom provided you have adequate light. A good test for it being a humidity issue would be to put a clear plastic bag over it or putting it directly in bag for humidity.
@doobles you should always check the plant before watering just to make sure it needs to be watered. If it's not water it could be light or humidity
