Is this a new flower stem?

In addition to the new buds on the existing flower stems, one of the Yandal Sisters has produced this green shoot #phalaenopsisorchid

Yes!! Good for you! Mine just started reblooming on the old stalk, that happens a lot so never cut until it turns brown!
