Need help with my creeping fig :(
Hey all, gonna post this here as well as I‘m a little hopeless but maybe someone can help!! I came back after a couple of days away and she was all crumbly :( I water her about once a week and moved her to a more sunny spot now. @WarmPrincetut25 What a bummer! I’m not familiar with this plant so I can’t offer much help. But you might want to stick a couple cuttings in water just in case the main plant doesn’t recover. 💚
@BuffCaperspurge bamboo can make some of the best trellis systems ever.. even greenhouses 😎🫶🏽 easy to grow or cheap to buy. Bamboo is awesome. I have black bamboo in a container just bc I think it’s beautiful but it has much growing to do. Needs a bigger container tbh black bamboo is a running plant and I have it in a container to prevent the run lol. But yeah, you can buy different lengths and amounts of bamboo rods and bundles now for a few bucks I think even on walmart website possibly. Oddly enough I’ve bought well over 1000 bucks worth of plants from wallyworld website with some nice finds good luck
I have to ask did the frost get to the plant? Too much dryback? Possibly.? The leaves look xtra crispy & soil looks wet wet. Plant appears to be drowning in my experience in general that’s causing the leaves to be super dry n crispy. It’s hard to tell bc too far either way dry-wet can & will cause this. At best because none of us are perfect. I’m going to have to say it dried out too far once and then you overwatered it, that sounds like something I would do.
