A very good early morning to you Taylor!
I would say that your Silver Dragon doesn't hate you and looks healthy to me!
The one leaf that looks disgusting on it's tip is perfectly normal.
When it becomes even more disgusting-looking until you can't stand it, no worries! Use sterile scissors and cut it off at its base. You can actually cut it off when you like. It won't hurt your Dragon.
I let my Silver Dragon almost get completely dry before watering and use only plain distilled water...no fertilizer until Spring. He also is directly under a grow light.
Also, they absolutely hate their leaves to be touched and never mist but use a good humidifier...
